Position: Business Development Executive (2)
Requirements:

- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market data, trends, and customer behavior to identify potential business opportunities and make data-driven decisions.
- Sales Skills: Proficiency in sales techniques, such as prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals, is critical for achieving revenue targets.
- Technology Skills: Familiarity with CRM software, sales tools, and other relevant technologies to track leads, manage pipelines, and optimize sales processes.
Responsibilities:
- Identify Opportunities: Research and identify potential business opportunities, markets, and target clients based on company goals and objectives.
- Lead Generation: Generate leads through various channels, such as cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, and social media platforms.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs, address their concerns, and propose appropriate solutions.
- Proposal Development: Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts to clients, outlining the company's products or services and negotiating terms to secure new business.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to gather information on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine business strategies and offerings.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and operations, to align business development strategies with overall company objectives.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline progress, and client interactions using CRM systems and prepare regular reports for management review.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated with industry developments, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve business development strategies and tactics.
- Goal Achievement: Set and achieve sales targets, revenue goals, and other key performance indicators (KPIs) as outlined by the company.
- Customer Feedback: Gather feedback from clients regarding products, services, and overall satisfaction to drive improvements and ensure customer retention.
